BioLamina is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Operations Strategy Project Management Office team (PMO). In this key role, you will lead the coordination of teams, streamline processes, and manage external partnerships to successfully deliver a variety of strategic projects. These initiatives range from expanding production capacity and optimizing workflows to implementing new systems and overseeing external manufacturing collaborations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Maintain organized documentation and provide clear visualizations of project milestones and progress.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and understanding the impact of delays.
- Engage and motivate project team members to ensure high levels of involvement and accountability.
- Establish and execute a clear communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, proactively driving progress and reconnecting with teams to maintain momentum.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on key success factors that drive project outcomes.
- Apply data-driven insights to track progress and continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and efficient cross-functional cooperation.
- Manage complex deviation investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the medtech, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in life sciences, including work within a Quality Management System.
- Commercial industry experience in managing external partnerships.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on facilitation and coordination of complex projects.
