BioLamina is looking for a talented Scientific Content Specialist to transform complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling content. We need a creative and strategic communicator who can engage scientists, researchers, and industry professionals worldwide.
In this role, you will craft high quality content that bridges the gap between cutting edge research and its real-world applications. From thought provoking articles to impactful marketing materials, your work will help shape BioLamina’s voice and strengthen our brand presence. Collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving brand storytelling and supporting key initiatives. You will be reporting to our Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop compelling scientific content for the website, blog posts, case studies, and product descriptions to effectively communicate BioLamina’s innovations.
- Craft captivating social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters that showcase our scientific expertise, engaging diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce content that is strategically aligned with BioLamina’s brand messaging, values, and overarching business objectives.
- Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, well-structured, and optimized for engagement.
- Translate complex scientific data into clear, concise, and engaging narratives tailored for a variety of target audiences.
- Track and analyze published research on BioLaminin-based applications, utilizing key insights to refine content strategy and support scientific storytelling.
- Support the development of educational materials, presentations, and webinar content, strengthening BioLamina’s industry presence.
- Partner with researchers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to produce expert insights, interviews, and customer success stories.
- Work with graphic designer and marcom specialist to create visually compelling content that enhances audience engagement.
- Coordinate closely with commercial teams to develop targeted, customer-centric content that drives lead generation and conversion, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and audience needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products and breakthroughs, ensuring BioLamina’s content is always relevant, forward-thinking, and valuable.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Life Sciences is required, with a Ph.D. preferred, in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in scientific marketing, content marketing, or a similar role within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Experience:
- Proven experience in writing and editing scientific content for marketing, communications, or education.
- Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, accessible, and customer-centric content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing strategies, and digital platforms is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of stem cell research, clinical research, and regenerative medicine.
- Proven track record in developing and executing inbound marketing strategies and content creation.
