BioLamina is seeking a driven and forward thinking Head of Marketing and Commercial Excellence to lead our marketing function and expand our global market presence. This leadership role blends strategic insight with operational execution to deliver meaningful business outcomes and reports directly to our CTO. You will be instrumental in advancing BioLamina’s mission to support cell therapy and regenerative medicine through scientifically grounded and commercially effective strategies.
Leading a small team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Business Development to elevate our brand, accelerate growth, and optimize the entire commercial process on a global scale.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global marketing and commercial excellence strategy aligned with BioLamina’s scientific and business objectives.
- Increase brand visibility and market presence through integrated digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality marketing materials, including scientific content, campaigns, and digital assets.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through targeted, data-driven strategies.
- Enhance sales support systems such as CRM platforms, BI tools, customer segmentation, and pipeline management.
- Leverage customer and market insights to guide commercial decision-making and strategic planning.
- Establish and refine sales enablement processes to improve efficiency and strengthen customer engagement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team built on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop tools, training resources, and performance metrics that drive commercial success.
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree or higher degree in:
- Life Sciences (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry), OR
- Business Administration (MBA with focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Commercial Operations), OR
- Marketing/Communications with experience in scientific or technical domains.
Experience and Personal Skills:
BioLamina is seeking a seasoned professional with proven leadership experience in marketing or commercial operations within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries. You have a strategic mindset and a strong record of developing and executing successful marketing and commercial strategies. Your expertise spans digital marketing, CRM and BI systems, customer segmentation, and optimizing commercial processes.
You apply a data driven approach to business development and decision making. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, enabling you to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across the organization. Additionally, you possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to identify growth opportunities and drive innovative solutions that align with business goals.
You are a team player, humble yet confident in your ability to inspire and drive results.
