BioLamina is looking for a Technical Support Scientist to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Technical Support Scientist, you will act as a key scientific expert and communicator within the organization. You will bridge science and application, supporting both customers and internal teams with high-quality technical expertise.
You are comfortable translating complex scientific concepts into clear, impactful communication tailored to different audiences, from researchers to commercial teams.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Business Development, Quality, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing to ensure our products are well understood, well positioned, and successfully applied.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for technical support to customers and internal commercial teams as well as active in updating internal technical support processes
Based on customer questions, identify, and evaluate potential gaps in our support materials
Identify and translate key scientific data into customer-facing materials, based on identified needs
Contribute as a technical specialist in customer interactions and sales activities
Act as a scientific expert, supporting application development and product positioning
Support and train customer-facing teams to ensure strong product application knowledge
Collaborate closely with R&D and commercial teams in cross-functional projects
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical and marketing content
Required Qualifications
PhD in cell biology or a related life science discipline
Strong interest in scientific data and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Hands-on experience with cell culture techniques
Meriting Qualifications
Experience in technical support or commercial roles in biotech or pharma
Exposure to sales or customer-facing activities
Experience from developing educational or technical materials
Knowledge of stem cell culture and applications
