Commercial Operations Specialist
Keep BioLamina’s commercial team moving: own HubSpot, turn sales data into insight, and support the people advancing cell therapies.
Help power the commercial engine behind the future of cell therapy
BioLamina | Sundbyberg/Stockholm, Sweden | Full-time
At BioLamina, our recombinant laminins (Biolaminin®) help scientists around the world grow cells the way nature intended. They support everything from drug discovery and disease modeling to the development of new cell therapies. As our business grows, we're looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist who wants to make sure our commercial team has the data, tools, and support it needs to succeed.
About the role
As Commercial Operations Specialist, you'll own our CRM, HubSpot, and be the go-to person for everything CRM, forecasting, and sales administration. You'll report to our Head of Commercial Strategy and Operations and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
It's a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, turning data into insight, and being the person colleagues rely on to keep things running smoothly.
What you'll do
Own and develop our CRM. You'll be HubSpot's system owner, managing users, permissions, properties, pipelines and workflows. You'll keep data quality high through clear processes, regular clean-ups and user training, drive automation and continuous improvement, and evaluate new features and integrations. You'll also be the first point of contact for CRM questions across the company.
Turn data into decisions. You'll run the regular sales forecast process together with the sales team and build and maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline, sales performance, and KPIs. You'll analyze trends by customer, region, and product, turn what you find into clear recommendations, and prepare material for management and board reporting.
Support the sales team. You'll create and manage quotes, price lists, and order documentation. You'll support colleagues with customer information, contracts, and administration and help prepare customer meetings, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Be a first line of contact for customers. You'll answer simpler questions about orders, deliveries, documentation, and products. Additionally, you will route more complex questions to the right person and log customer interactions in the CRM.
Who you are
You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or IT, or a relevant vocational degree (YH), for example, in sales support, business control, or CRM/digital sales, combined with solid experience.
You have 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role.
You have proven hands-on experience with a CRM system, ideally as an admin or power user.
It's a plus if you have:
A life science background (e.g. biology or biotech), which makes customer conversations easier
HubSpot certifications, such as Sales Hub Software or Reporting
Courses in data analysis or BI, such as Power BI or advanced Excel
As a person, you're structured and detail-oriented, but you also see the bigger picture. You enjoy collaborating across functions, take ownership of your area, and get energy from finding smarter ways of working.
Why BioLamina?
You'll join a growing, international life science company whose products help bring new treatments closer to patients. Our values – Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Collaboration and Heart – guide how we work together. You'll have real ownership, a central role in the commercial team, and the chance to shape how we use data and systems as we grow.
